CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Simon comes with over 30 years’ environmental experience in the energy industry creating agile, differentiating services for delivery of growth. He founded Stratov8, which uses innovation strategies to inspire business transformation. He has designed and developed a comprehensive range of processes to generate ideas and opportunities to challenge the status quo. His skillset will ensure executive leadership and a culture of future sustainability is embedded throughout the business.
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Mark Shepherd’s background is in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in oil spill and emergency response and maintenance systems. Working in this area across a number of geographical regions within the energy industry, he has a wide range of knowledge on dealing with hazardous and dangerous situations as well as establishing and directing operational bases.
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Steve boasts an extensive professional history spanning multiple roles in business development, operations and sales within the oil and gas industry. Beginning his career over 20 years ago with Weatherford, Steve climbed the ranks of several organisations gaining a real time understanding of oil and gas client needs within the context of the energy transition.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark Kelly comes with extensive experience and knowledge of emergency response having built a career in this field across 32 years. Working in the energy industry across the globe has meant that he has an in-depth understanding of safeguarding the environment. Mark returned to the UK several years ago and has since worked at the highest level of the company, leading the international part of the business and focusing on opportunities and risks.
