Headquartered in Oldmeldrum, we have strategically restructured our senior leadership team to strengthen operations focused on sustainability while driving new sales as we embark on a global growth trajectory. These changes align with our broader vision to triple revenue over the next three years.

To enhance our management team, we are welcoming two new senior appointments:

• Ryan Morrison joins us as Head of Business Development. With a background in engineering and optimisation, Ryan will drive growth through innovation and focus on continuous improvement across our service offerings.
• Jaibo Palmer takes on the role of Head of Commercials. With dual expertise in commercial strategy and waste management compliance, Jaibo will champion our mission of environmental protection through waste reduction. In this pivotal position, he will spearhead commercial accountability and drive forward our initiatives for enhancing environmental sustainability.

In addition to these new appointments, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Barrie to Head of Operations. Transitioning from his previous role as Operations Manager, Dave brings extensive experience across the industrial services sector, spanning onshore, offshore, and international operations. His unparalleled expertise in our equipment and services ensures that all customers receive the best possible service.

Steve Murray has also been promoted to Head of Sales & Sustainability, furthering our commitment to environmentally responsible and sustainable business practices.

The newly appointed leaders will operate from our 4.9-acre facility in Barra Business Park, Oldmeldrum. Together, they bring over 125 years of combined experience in the energy sector, along with extensive industry knowledge and global management expertise.
